Carmen Levi, from Culture, Language, Elders and Youth (CLEY), hosts a meeting with the board and discusses the meeting. Staff from CLEY describe the meeting and the new initiatives that were developed. Eva Aariak, Nunavut Language Commissioner, shares plans of updating all signs in Nunavut to ensure they are in Inuktitut. The Commission is also looking for staff to ensure that the laws to help preserving our language are enforced.
